Mission Statement and Objectives:

The basic philosophy of the Administrative Office of the District Attorneys is to attain the mission of the Office by utilizing all available data to analyze situations and make sound and equitable administrative decisions; to strive for integrity and consistency regarding the services provided to the District Attorneys' Offices; and to establish a high level of professionalism in dealing with the public and other agencies.
The major goals of the Administrative Office of the District Attorneys are as follows:

• To improve the system of personnel rules and employee compensation for all District Attorneys' Offices;
• To increase the staff development opportunities for employees in all District Attorneys' Offices;
• To increase the level of administrative support provided to all District Attorneys' Offices; and
• To develop and maintain computer automation within all District Attorneys' Offices.
